Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or interacting with the ExpenseBook - Cash Manager mobile application or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Hvion Studios. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using our software immediately and delete all instances from your devices.
Software Provided "AS IS"
ExpenseBook is developed by Hvion Studios as a free productivity tool.
While we make every effort to maintain continuous access and eliminate software errors, all application components, online synchronizations, notification alerts, and secure document processing pipelines are provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We offer no express or implied warranties regarding data persistence, accuracy, or service uptime.
User Responsibilities
When operating ExpenseBook - Cash Manager, you are solely responsible for managing the integrity of your ledgers:
Device Credentials
Protecting access to your device, lock-screen biometric PINs, and linked Google or email accounts to prevent unauthorized entries.
Collaborative Actions
Inviting team members to shared ledger books. Any action (addition, deletion, editing, or moving) performed by a collaborator you invite is your direct responsibility.
Local Data Integrity
Keeping regular local database manual backups if you operate the application primarily in offline mode to prevent loss during system restores.
Acceptable Usage & Restrictions
You agree not to engage in malicious activities when using the Application, including:
- Attempting to intercept, block, or manipulate network traffic or data streams to our sync servers.
- Executing malicious exploits, injection strings, or massive batch payload scripts against our document processing engines or database nodes.
- Impersonating other team members or utilizing stolen session keys or authorization tokens.
Limitation of Liability & Fiduciary Disclaimer
Hvion Studios is not a registered financial advisor or fiduciary body. ExpenseBook - Cash Manager is a productivity organizer aimed at organizing bookkeeping records.
In no event shall Hvion Studios, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business profits, transaction data loss, tax compliance fines, or bookkeeping discrepancies) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of such possibility.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the local legal frameworks of Hvion Studios' operational domain, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in local jurisdictions.
