General Overview
This privacy policy applies to the ExpenseBook - Cash Manager mobile application (referred to as the "Application"), created and maintained by Hvion Studios(referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service.
This service is provided "AS IS" and is designed to assist you in tracking, classifying, and managing your financial records and transactions. By installing the software, you consent to the data guidelines detailed below.
Information Collection and Usage
To offer a dynamic, real-time shared bookkeeping experience, the Application processes specific information categories:
User Authentication
We use secure identity verification services (via Email and secure authentication providers) to verify your credentials, coordinate team invitation channels, and manage access to shared ledger accounts.
Transaction Logs & Ledgers
Inputs such as cash-in/out amounts, categories, dates, transaction attachments, and notes are processed and stored locally on your device (within an instant secure local vault) and synchronized securely to our online cloud ledger network to support real-time collaboration with invited team members.
Push Notifications
The Application registers secure device tokens to dispatch low-latency notification alerts when a team member updates a ledger or joins a business hub.
Spreadsheet Processing
When utilizing bulk spreadsheet import features, transactional files are uploaded securely to our encrypted document processor for validation. Once resolved, entries are written to your ledger and the temporary transfer files are instantly deleted.
Data Storage & Security
Hvion Studios enforces industry-standard administrative, physical, and technological security controls. Your local transaction databases are kept on secure storage partitions on your device.
Cloud ledger data and encrypted network backups are hosted within highly resilient enterprise server centers. While we implement state-of-the-art security checks, no transmission method over the internet is completely impenetrable; hence, we maintain comprehensive data safety standards but cannot guarantee absolute safety.
Third-Party Service Integrations
The Application integrates with third-party developer kits that collect or process anonymous analytics for performance tracking:
- Secure cloud synchronizers (Identity verification, Transaction syncing, Device notification engines)
- Secure file validation frameworks (Spreadsheet processing platforms, Temporary ledger mapping nodes)
Data Deletion Rights
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, users maintain complete control over their recorded history. You may request the permanent erasure of your account details, secure identity maps, device notification links, cloud backup logs, and shared books at any time.
